You will build systems, mentor teams, drive site launches, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with senior leaders to achieve growth while maintaining a warm, family-centered culture across all sites.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Georgia (or eligible to obtain).
• Experience overseeing multi-site healthcare or clinical practice operations.
• Proven track record of launching or expanding new locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, clinical quality, and performance across sites.
• Lead strategic planning, site selection, and launch of new locations across Georgia.
• Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
• Partner with clinical leads to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention across the network.
• Analyze site performance metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Escalate complex operational, clinical, or personnel matters to leadership.
• Collaborate with executives to align growth with organizational goals.
• Foster a warm, family-centered culture across the network.
