What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a remote field sales team across the U.S., developing national and regional strategies
- Partner with industry GMs to implement effective field coverage strategies and maximize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Mentor and develop a team of sales leaders to achieve sales goals and improve performance
- Conduct virtual and physical co-travels with Practice Development Managers and Regional Directors
- Provide regular sales performance updates to executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of direct sales leadership experience in Financial Services
- Minimum of 5 years of territory sales/marketing experience with a proven record of driving growth
- 5+ years of experience working in Salesforce
- Willingness to travel 70%, including overnight and weekend travel
- Must be able to work from a home office
