Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR eligibility).

• College degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience managing complex hardware supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Starfish supply chain across Otter programs.
• Identify, communicate, and drive resolution of supply chain risks related to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Own supplier quality management and continuous improvement efforts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key suppliers.
• Partner with teams across Starfish to ensure successful hardware delivery.
