Job summary

Generate Capital is building a dedicated equipment sourcing and procurement function to support the delivery of complex, large-load power solutions for data centers and other infrastructure customers.

As VP, Sourcing & Procurement, you will build the equipment procurement function and own procurement strategy across new and used power-generation equipment to deploy quickly for Generate’s projects or offer to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with manufacturers, packagers, and financial intermediaries.
• Proven ability to build and scale procurement processes in complex, technical environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear business communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a proactive sourcing function for power-generation equipment (new and used).
• Develop standing generation optionality mapped across a project pipeline.
• Evaluate equipment options for technical fit, availability, and risk in customer solutions.
