Citi in Pune, India seeks a Senior PySpark Developer- VP to lead applications development for Market Risk. You will drive complex data processing, build scalable Spark-based platforms, and collaborate with global teams on risk analytics.

Requires 10-15 years in apps development or systems analysis, strong Python/Spark expertise, and experience with big data technologies. Hybrid work model; banking domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements for new products and processes.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Lead mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
