Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Scrum Leader to join the Infrastructure Platform team in Pittsburgh. You will enable Agile delivery across pods, facilitate ceremonies, and drive alignment with priorities.

You will coach teams, manage dependencies, and maintain transparency in Jira while promoting continuous improvement and accountability. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong communication and infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Lead experience in a delivery environment.
• Infrastructure or technology background to support infrastructure-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and sprint lifecycles.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding delivery activities.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking, reporting, and sprint management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple pods, ensuring alignment to sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments, enabling on-time delivery.
• Coach pod members and stakeholders on Agile principles and team behaviors.
• Maintain accurate work management data in Jira to support transparency and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement and accountability across teams.
