Job Purpose:

We’re looking to add a dynamic Salesforce Sales and CPQ Delivery Leader to the Astound Digital team. You will be a leader of a high-performance Salesforce team responsible for driving Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, RLM client delivery.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Drive Salesforce Sales, Configure Price Quoting (CPQ), Revenue Lifecycle Management, Billing, Service, Field Service client delivery;
  • Create frameworks and approaches to key consultancy offerings to support customers and to scope new client engagements;
  • Set and deliver quarterly and yearly strategic goals for the market delivery team and align team objectives;
  • Grow accounts across the full range of software services through development of client strategies and plans supporting client success teams;
  • Drive demand, improve win-rates and increase client advocacy by positively impacting the company’s positioning as salesforce software experts through thought leadership, market knowledge and insight;
  • Drive and win software consulting engagements;
  • Work with our global consulting market leads to support the development of the consultancy team proposition around structured digital strategy and digital change and the development of consultancy propositions and go-to-market strategies;
  • Maintain knowledge of Salesforce CPQ software market trends;
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce software features, applying this knowledge to enhance outcomes and propose innovative solutions;
  • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive successful project deliveries;
  • Familiarize internal teams with customer needs and the software development process;
  • Take ownership of software development projects;
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive closure to problems;
  • Administer project financials, resources and task allocation for multiple Salesforce implementation and maintenance projects;
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business and systems landscape to improve Customer Sales, Service, CPQ, Revenue and Marketing functions;
  • Perform, guide and mentor’s client and team members in gap analysis, functional and technical solution design across numerous industry verticals such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Media, Automotive, Financial Services, and Retail;
  • Design, prototype, and develop integrated solutions based on Salesforce, Oracle Siebel CRM, ERPs, Rule engines, and Middleware technologies and other legacy applications;
  • Carry out package evaluation, scoping and estimation for Salesforce CRM Products for various clients;
  • Accomplish release planning for business capabilities with multiple interdependent systems in a heterogeneous IT system landscape;
  • Manage and execute large CRM transformational programs in a global delivery model using waterfall, SAFe, agile and oracle unified methodology;
  • Standardize business processes, requirements gathering, fit gap analysis and design activities for Salesforce suite of product.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent;
  • Must have 9 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;
  • Must have 9 years of experience in managing and executing large CRM transformational programs in a global delivery model using waterfall, SAFe, agile and oracle unified methodology;
  • Must have 9 years of experience as a subject matter expert and delivery leader for Salesforce Sales, Configure Price Quoting (CPQ), Revenue Lifecycle Management, Billing, Service, Field Service, Experience (Community) or other capability technical implementations;
  • Must have 9 years of experience in driving digital innovation across technology, customer experience, data, process, and service offerings from development of the vision and strategy through to leading execution of the plan;
  • Must have 9 years of experience in building and managing teams and mentoring resources in Salesforce products and consulting activities; and
  • Must have 9 years of experience in defining and executing product & pricing strategies, product modelling & cataloging, Quotation, guided selling, Order management, order decomposition, orchestration and fulfillment, asset management, Contract management, Billing, payments, revenue recognition.
  • Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. 10% domestic travel required.
