What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive account growth within existing client relationships, focusing on the Northeast region and expanding nationally
- Cultivate and manage relationships with C-suite executives, particularly CFOs and decision-makers
- Navigate and influence complex stakeholder environments to close business at both regional and national levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver consultative Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions
- Create strategic growth plans and execute them while meeting assigned sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development, ideally in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services
- Strong familiarity with enterprise healthcare clients, including payers and providers
- Proven ability to grow accounts from within established partnerships
- Must reside in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic regions for travel and availability
- Strong financial acumen to align solutions with client financial goals

- Experience working with or within large healthcare systems
- Background in both sales and consultative business leadership
