What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage sales efforts in the Central Region, focusing on business development and team growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to address business challenges and drive revenue
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of account managers to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource use and enhance customer solutions
- Provide regular forecasting and reporting on pipeline and revenue opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be located in the greater Midwest US with remote work capability
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a business or technology-related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales and/or P&L/Operational roles, with experience as a Regional Director or VP of Enterprise Sales
- Established relationships within the Cybersecurity industry and experience with IT and Cyber Security reseller partners
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve growth targets and managing complex business development processes
