Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Math, or related field with 3+ years in risk governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, or related field with 5+ years in risk governance.
• Experience performing statistically driven analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Familiarity with Basel/CCAR regulatory capital frameworks and related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and monitor risk across business processes and controls.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement firm-wide risk procedures and standards.
• Lead risk assessments and RCSA activities; present findings to management.
• Prepare management-ready summaries and visuals; communicate results to diverse audiences.
