Job summary

Snap Finance seeks a VP Revenue Growth to drive expansion across merchant and revenue channels using AI and ML. You will partner with the Executive Team to define strategy, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives that improve profitability and growth.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for revenue analytics, data governance, and go-to-market alignment, leveraging advanced analytics to shape product strategy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in analytical, BI, or Revenue Operations roles.
• Strong proficiency with analytics and BI tools (Tableau, RStudio, etc.).
• Exposure to SQL and Python; understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize revenue performance across funnels.
• Set KPIs with executives and align with GTM objectives.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and innovations.
• Lead analytics and testing to validate strategy recommendations.
