The role covers advisory coverage, governance, diligence on Rule 144, and end-to-end execution across selling, hedging, gifting, and wealth transfer strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong judgment and discretion in high-sensitivity matters.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder processes involving counsel and control functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulatory guidance the practical translation.

Responsibilities

• Advise Wealth Management on restricted stock, Rule 144, and 10b5-1 plan execution.
• Lead structuring and governance of 10b5-1 plans with clients/advisors.
• Coordinate with internal/external counsel and compliance for end-to-end execution.
• Oversee post-launch administration and ongoing plan support.
