Job summary

Inspire seeks a Vice President of Restaurant Technology & Operations to oversee the stability, scalability, and performance of technology enabling Arby’s and SONIC operations. The role directs Directors and Managers across in-restaurant, off-premise, and enterprise platforms with a focus on uptime, service levels, and growth support.

The VP will drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Digital, Finance, and external partners, build a data-driven culture, and develop leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT management experience.
• 15+ years leading cross-functional programs with business leaders, product managers, and vendors.
• 10+ years of leadership over retail technology environments (POS, kiosks, digital signage).
• 4-year degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes short-, mid-, and long-term strategies with measurable impact on results.
• Owns operating plans for in-restaurant, off-premise, and enterprise platforms; ensures high availability and performance.
• Leads vendor governance and third-party ecosystems to drive enterprise performance and cost efficiency.
• Partners with Operations, Digital, Finance, and franchise groups to balance innovation with operational rigor.
• Speaks to leadership development and building a high-performance culture within the IT organization.
