Strong skills in financial reporting and a CPA are preferred, alongside experience with Rent Manager or QuickBooks Online.

Formación

• 5+ years of real estate accounting experience, multifamily preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
