Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President in the Regulatory Controller team within Legal Entity Control, reporting to a NY-based lead. The role focuses on Bank Holding Company regulatory reporting, including FR Y-9C, FFIEC filings, and TIC, with global coordination of finance functions.

The position requires extensive experience in public accounting and regulatory reporting within banking, strong US GAAP knowledge, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessment and internal controls.
• Ability to articulate risk and drive remediation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant set of regulatory reporting deliverables for FRB NY filings.
• Coordinate with Finance Shared Services and cross-functional teams globally.
• Provide technical advisory support on US GAAP and regulatory rules.
• Develop SMEs on data issues and remediation prioritization.
• Support regulatory exams and management presentations to senior leadership.
