Job summary

Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC is seeking an experienced development advisory professional in the United States with a strong background in real estate investment, development, and consulting. You will lead client engagements across multifamily and mixed-use assets, coordinating with developers, lenders, and consultants to deliver economic analyses and development strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Prior responsibility for sales, business development and account development, client retention.
• Some travel is required with this role.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in a development advisory role, including real estate positioning, financial analysis, project budgeting, acquisitions, dispositions, development strategy, due diligence, entitlements, project feasibility, and partnerships.
• Assist and lead projects and manage client relationships for a variety of client types and asset classes.
• Manage real estate developments and project coordination by communicating with developers, brokers, lenders, and other third-party providers to identify and resolve issues.
• Assist clients with upfront strategy and economic development work, including highest and best use, market studies, planning and research, data collection, economic impact analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside consultants on schedule, program, design, construction, and financing.
• Client management, project coordination, schedules, and ensuring successful project completion.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management for financial analysis.
