Qualifications

• Solid trading background in bond ETFs, cash bonds or similar electronic market making.
• Experience building pricing/risk models for fixed income
• Strong Python and handling big datasets in trading environments

Responsibilities

• Make markets and run risk on US-listed bond ETFs across govies, IG, HY and niche sectors.
• Build and sharpen the desk's models for pricing, hedging, basket design and RV.
• Create systematic strategies to tighten execution and lift returns per unit of risk.
• Dig into ETF flows, liquidity, and how primary/secondary prices interact.
• Own the desk's tooling, analytics and automation for trading and portfolio risk; work with tech to scale e-trading.
