Job summary

Traditional Medicinals, the leading medicinal tea company in the U.S., seeks a Vice President of Quality to shape and lead enterprise quality strategy across manufacturing, laboratories, and suppliers.

Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, this role drives data-driven risk management, quality governance, and strategic partnerships with Operations, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure consumer safety and brand integrity while supporting growth and complex supply chains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site quality organizations.
• Experience within complex manufacturing/supply networks.
• Ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality across multiple sites, governance, supplier quality, and labs.
• Develop and execute enterprise quality strategy and metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, and Commercial teams.
