Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a strategic Vice President to lead Quality, Compliance, and Facilities. This senior role owns product integrity, regulatory conformance, and secure operations across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will drive CAPA, audits, and metrics, while managing a ~35-person team across multiple shifts. The role requires 10–15 years of leadership in high-volume manufacturing, deep ISO knowledge, and a record of cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/MS in Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years in quality, compliance, or operations leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality, Compliance, Security, and Facilities functions.
• Own audits, certifications, and regulatory liaison.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards; report to senior management.
• Oversee QA, Safety & Security across 7 shifts (approx. 35 staff).
• Manage facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
