Leadership & Team Development:

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to raise capital, manage complex financial transactions, and build relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, debt and equity financing, and financial instruments.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing teams.
