Job summary

Inventure seeks a VP of Project Finance to lead its project financing strategy for a growing renewable energy storage portfolio. You will own structuring, debt and equity transactions, and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to close deals.

The role requires a deep background in project finance and capital markets, with proven leadership and strong modeling skills to drive successful financings and lender/investor engagement.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance executive to take ownership of a growing platform's financing strategy — leading debt, equity, and tax-equity transactions that support an expanding development and operating portfolio in one of the fastest-growing corners of the energy sectorr.

The Role

Our client is seeking a VP to lead their Project Finance function. The successful candidate will take primary ownership of financing transactions from structuring through close, direct internal teams and external advisors, and serve as a key face of the company to lenders and investors.
