Job summary

Edenred Pay USA seeks a Vice President of Professional Services to lead onboarding and activation for all Edenred Pay customers across product lines. You will own end-to-end delivery from contract signature to ongoing account ownership, scaling capacity while driving a customer-centric approach to payment transactions.

In this role, you will build scalable processes, leverage AI, manage a multi-year services plan, and partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum ten years in professional services, onboarding, or implementation.
• Experience leading managers in a B2B SaaS/payments business.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation delivery for all Edenred Pay customers.
• Manage operating metrics: time to kickoff, first transaction, onboarding cycle time.
• Develop a multi-year services plan covering process, staffing, tooling, and automation.
• Establish tiered delivery motions for large and small customers.
• Integrate AI/automation into delivery processes to increase capacity.
• Own onboarding tools and ensure all projects are tracked in the system of record.
• Collaborate with sales on front-end requirements and handoffs to customers.
• Plan, develop, and manage projects with scope, budget, and margins.
• Set and publish service standards for delivery.
• Document delivery processes and customer history in shared systems.
