About the Role

What You’ll Own
Voice AI Executive Strategy & Vision
  • Define and execute overarching vision and strategy, and product roadmap for the entire Voice AI portfolio (including AI receptionists, autonomous phone agents, intelligent call routing, enterprise scheduling, and conversational intelligence platform).
  • Establish market-leading standards for how enterprises automate, measure, and transform customer phone interactions at global scale.
  • Develop capabilities around voice resolution rates, latency optimization, call sentiment, transcriptions, competitive benchmarking, prompt engineering, and emerging Voice AI signals.
  • Translate complex conversational AI capabilities, real-time voice infrastructure, and massive audio datasets into intuitive enterprise software solutions and business outcomes.
  • Drive ecosystem growth moving beyond automated call handling into end-to-end voice automation, cross-channel proactive customer workflows, and enterprise platform integrations.
Organizational Leadership & Scaling
  • Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Product Managers, Conversational Designers, and AI Specialists focused on Voice AI solutions.
  • Establish product management excellence, operational rigor, and AI-first product development methodologies across the organization.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align product strategy with company-wide revenue and growth objectives.
Customer & Market Development
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and thought leader for key enterprise accounts, strategic prospects, and industry partners.
  • Drive executive customer advisory boards, strategic discovery, and C-level partner engagements around Voice AI capabilities.
  • Identify emerging customer problems before they become obvious product categories.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and adjacent products in the broader Voice AI, CCaaS, IVR automation, and AI Agent ecosystem.
  • Separate durable customer needs from short-term trends in a rapidly changing market.
AI-Native Product Development
  • Champion an AI-first product organizational culture, leveraging AI tools across research, market analysis, rapid prototyping, and product operations.
  • Oversee rapid prototyping processes and POC frameworks utilizing cutting-edge voice models and LLM frameworks to validate high-impact innovation ahead of the market.
  • Drive systematic AI adoption in product management workflows, establishing standardized evaluation benchmarks, conversational design patterns, and quality frameworks.
  • Foster a high-velocity development culture in collaboration with Engineering, employing AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate product delivery and technical innovation.
Data & Voice AI Infrastructure
  • Work with Engineering and Data teams on the systems required to process, analyze, and optimize real-time audio streams and voice conversations at scale.
  • Develop a strong understanding of LLM latency, STT/TTS accuracy, turn-taking, interruption handling, streaming audio protocols, and the challenges of delivering human-like voice experiences reliably.
  • Help determine which metrics are meaningful (e.g., containment rate, first-call resolution, voice sentiment, latency, call accuracy) as the Voice AI ecosystem evolves.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling product teams and portfolios in Voice AI, Conversational AI, Telephony, CCaaS, or enterprise AI SaaS.
