Chase Offers seeks a Vice President, Product Manager to shape the next generation of our offers and advertising platform. You will translate market needs into a prioritized roadmap and drive delivery across scrum and data science teams, partnering across product, design, technology, operations, and controls.

You will lead multi-quarter roadmaps, manage backlogs, and coordinate with consumer and merchant teams to ensure integrated, high-impact launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product development, technology, or consulting with large-scale delivery.
• Experience in agile delivery and sprint-based execution.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and criteria with tech partners.
• Lead through influence across competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management with multiple workstreams.
• Experience creating roadmaps and customer experiences that drive engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive updates.
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on delivery discipline.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Develop deep expertise in offers and advertising platform; champion innovations.
• Lead discovery assessing value, feasibility, and business impact.
• Manage a prioritized backlog across multiple teams with epics and stories.
• Partner with tech teams for sprint planning and delivery; remove blockers.
• Coordinate with product teams to align experiences and milestones.
• Support third-party partner management and align roadmaps and integration needs.
• Plan testing, readiness, demos, and releases for high-quality launches.
• Define, measure, and report product performance using analytics.
• Maintain end-to-end processes with partners for governance.
• Collaborate with legal, risk and compliance for approvals and controls.
