Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager within Chase Offers Ad Server to shape the next generation offers and advertising platform. You will translate market needs into a prioritized roadmap and drive delivery across Scrum and data science teams.

You will partner with product, design, technology, operations, and control functions to deliver well-governed, high-impact capabilities and align roadmaps with third-party partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product development, technology, or consulting experience.
• Experience in agile delivery environments with sprint-based execution.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading through influence across competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience developing roadmaps and customer experiences that drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and translate priorities into a multi-quarter roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Develop deep expertise in offers and advertising platform and champion innovations.
• Lead discovery by assessing customer value, business value, and feasibility.
• Build and manage a prioritized backlog across teams, including epics and Jira stories.
• Partner with technology teams to drive sprint planning, refinement, and delivery; remove blockers.
• Coordinate with consumer and merchant teams to align experiences, dependencies, milestones.
• Support third‑party partner management and align roadmaps and integration needs.
• Plan and coordinate testing, readiness, demos, and release activities for high-quality launches.
• Define, measure, and report product performance with analytics and insights.
• Maintain end‑to‑end processes with internal and external partners for governance.
• Partner with legal, risk, and compliance to support approvals and controls.
