The Vice President, Product Strategy - Multifamily operates as the subject matter expert on all things Multifamily and acts as the General Manager for Multifamily Product Strategy. The VP reports to the Chief Product Officer and is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and reporting on product lines and platforms within our Multifamily vertical. The Vice President contributes to the product team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products. They also contribute to the product team a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business - constraints from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy are typical examples. Finally, the VP tracks industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the product.
The VP is responsible for developing and implementing strategic product plans and for collaborating with customers, prospects, external partners and internal teams to grow our multifamily business. The VP provides leadership and organizational skills to take ownership of all efforts and activities and leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes.
