Job summary

Air is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Marketing to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Air Enterprise Readiness platform and AI-enabled applications. This leader will own market positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and drive product adoption within the national security community and military branches.

The role requires deep experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS marketing, exceptional leadership, and a strong understanding of the U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing.
• Leadership experience at a Director/VP level in B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. DoD/federal procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the company's product narratives, value propositions, and market positioning to internal and external audiences.
• Lead and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion.
• Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials, including competitive analysis and battle cards for the sales team.
• Inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns with the Defense Acquisition market and customer segments.
