Job summary

Moloco is seeking a VP of Product Marketing to lead product marketing across all Moloco product areas. You will own naming, positioning, and messaging, and build the PMM operating model.

You’ll report to the CMO, lead a team of product marketers, and partner with product, GTM, and shared marketing functions to elevate Moloco as the authority in AI-driven advertising. Responsibilities include owning content strategy, product storytelling, launches, and external updates across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of marketing experience with senior product marketing leadership
• Deep PMM domain expertise across multi-product portfolios
• Strong fluency with digital advertising and performance marketing
• Ability to balance simple company-level positioning with technical storytelling
• Experience building and running a content and thought leadership program
• Proven track record of shaping product roadmaps and launches with GTM teams

Responsibilities

• Own product naming, positioning, messaging and enablement across all surfaces
• Integrate product marketing into the product lifecycle and launch planning
• Lead content and thought leadership strategy including data reports and case studies
• Develop a storytelling model for product launches across owned, earned and social channels
• Partner with GTM and product teams on market and competitive insights
• Build and lead a high-performing product marketing organization and speak publicly about products
