Job summary

JPMorganChase's Kinexys Digital Assets unit is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle, advocate for customers, and guide launches of innovative products in the blockchain/crypto space.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate insights into a compelling roadmap, and ensure scalable, reliable solutions that deliver value to clients while navigating a highly matrixed finance environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Deep understanding of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Transforms existing structures and market practices to provide better services and experiences to our clients.
• Converts ideas into well-articulated, visually impactful presentations.
• Takes initiative but works well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
• Presents ideas to senior management & clients and collaborates with vendors and startups in the blockchain community.
• Understands distributed ledger technology and related applications, including cryptocurrency fundamentals and governance in public/private blockchains.
