Job summary

Kinexys Digital Assets, a blockchain product line within J.P. Morgan Chase, seeks a VP Program Manager to align Web3 SPR initiatives with Technology, Finance, Legal, Security and Strategic Investment teams. You will oversee cross-functional programs, manage vendor engagements, and drive OKRs with executive visibility.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management for technical teams, strong stakeholder skills, and a deep understanding of Web3, banking and payments ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in product/project/program management for engineering or technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including third-party relationships.
• Strong curiosity with understanding of Web3, banking, finance, and payments ecosystems.
• Ability to link technical systems to business objectives and communicate with technical/non-technical partners.
• Willingness to learn, create and operationalize processes unique to Kinexys initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and breaking problems into actionable parts.
• Self-starter and innovative problem solver.
• High proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Microsoft 365, Lucid, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across Kinexys and other functions (Technology, Finance, Legal, Security, Strategic Investment, Third Party Oversight, etc.).
• Own business oversight as a program manager for high-impact initiatives led by Technology or Kinexys businesses.
• Manage multiple vendor engagements throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular, action-oriented communication to management with status, timelines, risks, and solutions.
• Develop high-quality reporting and executive-level communications for decision-making.
• Establish and track project milestones aligning to OKRs and provide status updates in reviews.
