iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President Product Manager to join the Pre-Investment Product group in New York. This role shapes experiences and platform capabilities for discovery, evaluation, research, and access to alternative investments.

The position collaborates across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Client Solutions to drive scalable solutions, informed investment decisions, and growth through platform expansion.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of product management experience in fintech, wealth management, or related industries.
• Experience owning and scaling complex products from strategy through launch and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building marketplace, search, discovery, recommendation, workflow, research, or data-driven products.
• Knowledge of access management, entitlement frameworks, and scalable platform capabilities.
• Able to model complex business domains and translate concepts into logical entities and workflows.
• Experience with APIs, platform architecture, data models, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for product discovery, research, diligence, and access capabilities across the iCapital platform.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, systems, and processes.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences with clear requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable services improving search, discovery, and access across the platform.
• Develop understanding of investment product data and user journeys to enhance research and diligence experiences.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve engagement, adoption, and self-service capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and workflow optimization to reduce complexity.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Investigate production issues and drive long-term improvements for scalable platform growth.
