Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to own the lifecycle for Digital Collateral and Tokenization capabilities, from strategy through delivery and commercialization. You will operate at the intersection of Markets, Custody, Technology, and AI, translating opportunities into scalable digital products and leading delivery across tokenized collateral initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape platform strategy and deliver impactful solutions for clients

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management within Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of collateral management, securities finance, or derivatives.
• Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Business).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership with ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a clear product vision, priorities and deliverables.
• Lead agile delivery of the roadmap for Digital Collateral and Tokenization products.
• Define product value propositions, target clients and competitive positioning.
• Oversee development of tokenized collateral capabilities and related frameworks.
• Ensure integration across on-chain and off-chain systems and controls.
• Collaborate with Markets, Custody, Operations, and Sales teams to drive client engagement and timely delivery.
• Embed product governance and manage regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements.
