Overview

This leadership role is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) products. You will define product roadmaps, guide market-driven strategies, and oversee the full lifecycle of products from concept to launch. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will leverage market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to deliver solutions that generate growth and impact. This role combines strategic vision with operational oversight, ensuring products achieve both financial and market success. You will collaborate across teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and champion innovative approaches that strengthen the product portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience in EHS or ESG-related products.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute product line and product strategies, defining market needs, segmentation, pricing, value propositions, differentiation, and roadmaps.
  • Guide market awareness activities, synthesizing industry insights, competitor analysis, and buyer/user personas to inform product strategy.
  • Oversee commercial launch and product development lifecycles, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide operational oversight of product-level revenue and expense performance, driving optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute campaigns that maximize market impact.
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner solutions, recommending strategies that support business growth and transformation.
  • Act as product evangelist and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product vision, strategy, and financial performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Product Management.
  • 2+ years of experience in EHS, ESG, or related domains strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive strategic experience in product development, marketing, or strategy consulting.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team development, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills with excellent time management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competitive base pay range of $224,000 - $336,000, plus eligibility for variable compensation plan.
