  • Partner closely with engineering and technology teams to establish product requirements, guide execution, manage trade-offs, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and control functions to ensure products are operationally viable and aligned with applicable regulatory, risk, and governance requirements

  • Serve as a senior thought partner and subject matter expert on digital assets proxy-related product strategy across Broadridge
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions

  • Demonstrated understanding of proxy, corporate governance, issuer services, or related workflows is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing product strategies, business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical, regulatory, and commercial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A client focused, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market
What Sets You Apart
  • Deep understanding of trends shaping the digital assets landscape and their implications for institutional and enterprise clients
  • Experience building and scaling product offerings in emerging, regulated, or rapidly changing markets
  • Ability to balance innovation with strong operational, regulatory, and risk discipline
  • A strong network and credibility within digital assets, capital markets, proxy, governance, or financial market infrastructure communities
  • A collaborative leadership style that aligns diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision and measurable business outcomes
