Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Controller within the Security & Resiliency Initiative's Strategic Investment Group. You will bridge business and Corporate Sector Controllers to ensure accurate financial reporting for the equity portfolio, oversee P&L, balance sheet, and close processes, and partner with senior stakeholders on controls and initiative support.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Product Control or Financial Control.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation with a control mindset.
• Effective communication across levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review investment terms for balance sheet and P&L impact.
• Assist with investment due diligence and obtain approvals.
• Direct and approve funding for investments in line with protocols.
• Provide guidance for journal entries, risk reporting, and P&L reporting.
• Oversee month-end close procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop robust financial controls.
• Support new initiatives by identifying reporting implications.
• Manage cross-functional projects related to the investment portfolio.
• Analyze ad-hoc requests and deliver timely insights.
