Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics seeks a visionary Vice President of Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing and spend optimization. Based in Waltham, MA, you will design enterprise-wide source-to-pay strategies, governance, and scalable processes to maximize value from external spend while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will build strategic supplier partnerships, oversee complex negotiations, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 20+ years purchasing/procurement experience, incl. 8+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/Procurement systems is required.
• Global, matrix-managed environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term procurement strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
• Lead end-to-end source-to-pay processes and governance.
• Partner with IT to implement and optimize procurement systems.
• Drive complex supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Establish CSR, compliance, and ESG-related procurement practices.
