Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private credit, direct lending, or related field.
• Proven track record of sourcing and developing investment opportunities.
• Existing relationships within lower middle market private equity, independent sponsor, and intermediary community.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop investment opportunities through relationships with PE firms, independent sponsors, banks, consultants, and business owners.
• Build and expand a network of referral sources across the lower middle market ecosystem.
• Generate proprietary and off-market investment opportunities.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with sponsors, intermediaries, and management teams.
• Partner closely with senior investors during diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Evaluate prospective transactions and present opportunities to the investment team.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and sponsor meetings.
• Drive business development initiatives and contribute to platform growth.
