Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of investment operations experience in credit/private markets/alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of private credit and related investment products.
• Knowledge of insurance-related investment platforms and structures is a plus.
• Experience managing high transaction volumes, tight deadlines, and complex workflows.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of private credit transactions across the platform, including closings, funding, agency coordination, settlement, and wire processing.
• Oversee trade and position booking, data integrity, and cash/position reconciliations.
• Partner with Deal Teams during structuring, closings, fundings, amendments, and restructurings.
• Develop partnerships across Investment Operations, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operating-model enhancements to scale with volumes.
