Ares Insurance Solutions is seeking a senior structuring professional to lead investment structuring across private credit, structured credit, asset-backed finance, fund investments, and other private asset strategies. Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in structuring transactions, insurance investments, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of U.S. insurance regulatory capital (NAIC designations, RBC, statutory accounting).
• Knowledge of Bermuda and Cayman insurance capital frameworks (BSCR, MCR/PCR).
• Experience with structured credit, asset-backed finance, private credit, securitizations, or reinsurance transactions.

• Monitor regulatory developments across the U.S., Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and other markets impacting strategy and capital treatment.
• Provide senior leadership with recommendations on structure, risk mitigants, and portfolio fit.

This work will involve working with internal deal teams and rating agencies to achieve capital efficiency.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in insurance balance sheets, regulatory capital frameworks, rating agency considerations, and investment structuring across the U.S., Bermuda, and Cayman Islands. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$200,000.00 - $225,000.00The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
