Job summary

Barclays in New Jersey seeks a Senior BA/PM VP for Prime Front Office Risk & PnL to lead business analysis across multiple asset classes. You will coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance and Technology to design and deliver high-impact risk & PnL platforms, including real-time analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires deep trade lifecycle understanding, governance, and program delivery, with a focus on cross-asset platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in one or multiple asset classes (Equities, Rates, Credit) with knowledge of reference and market data in a front office environment.
• Proven experience engaging with senior desk and technology stakeholders to capture end-to-end business and functional requirements with cross-functional tech teams.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, BI dashboards, or SQL/Python for drill-down context.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver software solutions; ensure code is scalable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements and strategy.
• Lead governance efforts and communicate progress across stakeholders.
• Partner with Architecture/Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive secure coding practices and implement unit testing.
