Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior BA/PM VP for Prime Front Office Risk & PnL in Whippany, NJ. The role focuses on leading business analysis for a cross‑asset Client Risk Management platform delivering real‑time analytics, AI‑enabled workflows, and reporting for Front Office users.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology to design and implement scalable risk and P&L solutions across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BA/PM in front office risk, PnL, or related capital markets roles.
• Strong data analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS/Snowflake/Databricks and modern data platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and delivery of strategic Prime Front Office Risk & PnL programs.
• Capture end-to-end business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into scalable technical solutions with architecture/engineering.
• Develop governance packs and progress communication to senior management.
