Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners in Tampa, FL seeks a Vice President of Primary Care to design and lead a new clinical model for Florida’s upcoming independent centers. The role partners with the Chief Medical Officer to set standards, pathways, and physician coaching across the network.

You will lead physicians and advanced practice providers, drive performance data, and oversee clinical strategy, cost performance, and utilization management in a market of about 20 centers, with potential for district

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted license and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, capitated models, or risk-bearing primary care.
• Five or more years in practice for district level; ten or more years for market level with physician leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set clinical standards and care pathways with the Chief Medical Officer.
• Lead physician leaders and paired operating leader in staffing, budgets, and facilities.
• Oversee performance data, hospital and specialist partnerships, and utilization management.
• Drive quality, cost performance, and appropriate referrals across centers.
