The role requires extensive leadership experience in healthcare, strong execution skills, and a proven track record in governance, budgeting, and physician engagement within multi-site systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading large multi-site physician practices.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of providers and administrative staff across practices.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for primary care operations.
