Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Five to ten years of leadership experience in NYC child welfare/preventive services.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs with strong clinical and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for preventive and family support programs.
• Supervise program site directors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and promote a culture of accountability.
