Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in financial services for Vice Presidents.
• Experience in equity/debt valuation or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FVA portfolio valuation teams valuing illiquid assets for hedge funds and PE funds.
• Lead due diligence sessions with clients and review team outputs.
• Develop complex financial models to value securities and transaction structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete revenue accruals and engagement close-outs.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate engagement terms with clients.
• Mentor Analysts/Associates and ensure high-quality deliverables.
