A leading global investment firm is seeking a Portfolio Specialist to join their Portfolio Strategy Group in New York City. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients with customized absolute return portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance expectations. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the hedge fund industry along with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. A competitive salary range of $185,000 - $200,000 with additional benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hedge fund industry experience, preferably as an allocator or direct investor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large amounts of performance and risk data.
• Ability to manage ad hoc projects independently and to completion.

Responsabilités

• Conduct recurring client meetings to discuss portfolio performance and attribution.
• Liaise with BXMA’s Institutional Client Solutions team on client objectives.
• Ensure portfolios align with long-term client objectives.
