Job summary

You will oversee underwriting, loan origination, and relationship health while ensuring compliance with lending policies. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of general banking operations and services.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of portfolio managers and credit analysts; own end-to-end loan execution for the team.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for standard transactions and portfolio risks.
• Collaborate with sales to develop and maintain client relationships; ensure timely credit processes.
• Interface with clients to assess credit needs and structure loans; perform prescreening.
• Review work: prescreen memos, loan presentations, risk reviews, financial analyses, action plans.
• Oversee portfolio management activities: concentration reviews, optimization, trend analysis.
• Lead and develop the team; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Uphold superior customer service with clients and colleagues.
