A leading health technology company is seeking a Vice President of Population Health to lead the scaling of their AI oversight and quality assurance platform. The role requires a strong healthcare background, business development expertise, and the ability to collaborate across various stakeholders. This senior position offers a competitive salary, remote work flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive practices.
At Covera, we\'re committed to ensuring high-quality healthcare is more than just a promise. That\'s why we\'re leading the way in the emerging science of quality, and connecting providers and payers in their shared quest to improve patient outcomes and care quality. By tackling this challenge, we have the ability to impact millions of lives by raising the standard of care nationwide.
Our initial focus is radiology, where an early and accurate diagnosis has a profound impact on the rest of a patient\'s care journey. Through our work, which uses clinically-validated science-based tools, we\'re helping doctors enhance their care, ensuring patients get the right diagnosis, and enabling the healthcare system to support quality improvement at scale.
Through our clinical intelligence platform, we have launched programs that help people access the most effective care and provide doctors with AI-powered quality insights and tools to enhance their care. Today, Covera is partnered with leading employers, payers and healthcare organizations across the US, including Walmart and Microsoft. And, with a pipeline representing over 25% of insured Americans, we are in the early stages of improving care quality for all patients across the globe.
As the Vice President of Population Health, you will work directly with the Executive Leadership team to lead the scaling of the company\'s AI oversight and quality assurance platform. Covera\'s Protect AI program represents a first of its kind approach that leverages cutting-edge AI technology to surface critical insights which improve patient care and quality. The Population Health vertical within Protect AI at Covera has already garnered significant interest from leading payors and providers across the country, with pilot planning in motion. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with a broad mandate to plan and execute against this opportunity. This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of Covera\'s payor and employer customers, radiology network partners and at-risk primary care groups to build a sophisticated, impactful population health model.
While we are a remote-first company, this role will require significant travel to meet with partners, prospects, and providers in-market, as well as attend some industry related events.
The minimum and maximum base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 - $275,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate\'s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location. Final compensation decisions may occasionally fall outside of the posted range. Salary ranges are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted in response to market trends and company needs.
