Job summary

FinThrive is seeking an experienced software architecture leader to guide a global team of architects and engineers. You will oversee Azure-based modernization, data platforms, and enterprise services to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive AI-enabled delivery, mentor leaders, and align roadmaps with product and business goals in a large, 600+ SAFe organization, often from a home office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development leadership with delivery focus.
• Experience delivering applications to public cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Experience building cloud-native systems and modernizing large monoliths.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities to enhance engineering velocity and product delivery.
• Ability to guide enterprise architecture across legacy and modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of architects and scrum teams across US and India, including offshore partners.
• Lead an R&D organization with Azure-based event-driven architectures (C#, SQL, Cosmos).
• Maintain architecture strategy, standards and reference patterns across product and platform teams.
• Ensure architectural oversight of modernization, Azure adoption, data security, scalability and resiliency.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery and align roadmaps with business priorities in a large SAFe environment.
• Mentor engineering leaders and drive cross-organizational improvement initiatives.
