Prime Healthcare, a leading health system, seeks a Corporate Vice President of Pharmacy Services to design and implement pharmacy service delivery, improve clinical outcomes, and drive strategic goals from our Ontario, CA corporate office. This senior leader will ensure compliance with state boards, maintain certifications, and align operations with business plans across locations.

The role requires extensive hospital and acute-care pharmacy leadership experience, a strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or related area.
Current state Registered Pharmacy license.
5+ years of management experience within a hospital environment.
3+ years of acute care Pharmacy experience.
Exceptional communication skills / professional presence with ability to lead and drive change on a national scale.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee policies, procedures and best practices for pharmacy operations.
Develop programs auditing pharmacies for performance and compliance.
Support business needs and ensure compliant operations with a patient-care focus.
Lead regular clinical and operational meetings to disseminate regulatory updates and drug therapy information.
Evaluate vendors to secure contracts, equipment and supplies for effective patient care.
Act as a consultant to pharmacy directors within the system to maintain safe operations.
Build relationships with healthcare partners including executive teams and IT teams.
Design future-state workflows by analyzing needs and translating to system design.
Collaborate with CIO and Epic Willow team on analysis, design and testing.
